Mind and Body Resets

  • Meditate: Take deep breaths, close your eyes, and reset your mind.

  • Hydrate: Remember to drink water and electrolytes for a fresh reset that feels soft and intentional.

  • Music break: Put on your favorite song and dance the stress away!

  • Food/drink reset: Make a small nutritious snack and/or drink

  • Read, write, or listen to affirmations (preferably made for us by us)
